Course Enrolment and Payment
When you submit an enrolment enquiry through our website, you are expressing interest in our courses. Enrolment is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from elm-badger and payment arrangements have been agreed.
Course fees are as published on our website at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed enrolments.
Cancellation and Refunds
You have the right to cancel your enrolment within 14 days of confirmation for a full refund. After this period, our standard refund policy applies:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee
- Cancellation 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days before course start: No refund, but credit may be applied to future courses
