Please provide sufficient information to verify your identity and specify the right you wish to exercise. We will respond to your request within one month. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further two months, and we will inform you if this is necessary.

Data Protection Impact Assessments

We conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for processing activities that are likely to result in high risk to individuals' rights and freedoms. This helps us identify and minimise data protection risks.

Data Breach Procedures

We have procedures in place to detect, report, and investigate personal data breaches. Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to individuals, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours and inform affected individuals without undue delay.

Third-Party Processors

Where we use third-party service providers to process personal data on our behalf, we ensure appropriate data processing agreements are in place that meet the requirements of Article 28 of the UK GDPR.

Supervisory Authority

The supervisory authority for data protection in the United Kingdom is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). If you have concerns about our data processing practices that we have not been able to resolve, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO.
